Major Francis Grice Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on February 24, 1912. Meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month, September through May.

Major James Kerr Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on December 11, 1902. The chapter meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

The Major Jarrell Beasley Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on October 16, 1971, with 60 charter members. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month, September through May.

The Major Thaddeus Beall Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on January 12, 1965. The chapter meets on the second Thursday of the month, September through May.

Margaret Montgomery Chapter, NSDAR, organized on October 6, 1950. Meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month (September through May) at 1 p.m.

The Martha Jefferson Randolph Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on November 10, 1927. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, September through May, except December.

The Martha Laird Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on November 14, 1942. Meetings are held monthly September though May at 1:30 p.m. on the second Saturday of the month (except May).

The Martha McCraw Chapter, NSDAR, was organized in Jefferson on February 22, 1955. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month, September through May.
